Surprises at MedHed

Alan Graham, a friend and resident blogger at ZD’s Web 2.0 Explorer, has just created a new blog, MedHed. I signed up for free surprise goodies, hoping that maybe I’ll get some of the stuff he blogs about (though I have to admit that the sign up form was a bit confusing… what exactly am I signing up for?). That Mirra chair is looking pretty sweet, Alan, and would look even better in my home office! Check it out here.

Ah…the ever suspicious “what am I signing up for?” form. The form serves a few purposes.
1. I can better tailor some of what I write about by learning what other people like to read about.
2. I get a small amount of demographics which also helps me with my writing. And…it will also allow me to customize ads to help pay for this thing in the future.
3. When I have giveaways or new sections of the blog or whatever…I can drop everyone a quick email to give them the 4-1-1.
As for the Chair…yeah…it is sweet…but no…I doubt it would look better at your place. I have, after all…a backdrop of sailboats on the bay!
